This policy explains what Ten Million collects when you request a launch diagnosis and how that information is used.
Information we collect
We collect the information you submit, including your email, product name and URL, product description, target customer, current stage, traction, technology stack, biggest challenge and 30-day goal. Basic request information may also be processed for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
We use this information to review your product, prepare guidance, contact you about the diagnosis and improve the service. We do not sell or publicly share submitted product details.
Storage and service providers
Submission data is stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare also provides hosting, security and notification-email infrastructure. Notification emails are delivered to the Ten Million operator for review.
Retention and deletion
We retain submissions only as long as reasonably needed to provide the review, follow up and maintain service records. You may request access or deletion at any time.
